10 Most Favorite Video Game Songs! ♪♫

Today I thought I'd come and appreciate the glorious music that we can find within video games. These are some of my personal favorite tunes, in no particular order. Also, make sure to listen to the videos while reading this post. Enjoy!

The SMW Athletic theme is a great retake of the normal song you'd normally hear in that game. This plays in more upbeat levels and it really fits the feeling of running along and jumping from platform to platform. A true nostalgic classic!

Green Greens is a song that many people know and love. It's been featured many times in the Kirby Franchise as well as in Smash Brothers. It's no wonder why. It's the iconic tune that was the very first song of the series!

This high speed song really strengthens the chaotic feeling when zipping through the crazy slide in Super Mario 64. I personally think this theme is even better than the Bomb-Omb Battlefield track. It somewhat reminds me of rodeo music.

Megolovania may not be as classic as some of the other songs on this list, but it is just as memorable and catchy. The genocide mode ending feels really intense with this song to accompany the difficult battle with Sans. Toby Fox really did a good job with this song.

The Squid Sisters have really weird voices, yet they miraculously sound great to the ears! The instrumental in the background is truly awesome. This song makes Splatfest feel like a true celebration! By the way, Splatefest is today, as I'm posting this!

The Onett theme has a special place in my heart, and is one of the best songs in Earthbound. It's such a cute little tune that brings the small town of Onett to life.

Pokemon Heartgold is one of my favorite games, and it's the game that made Togetic become my favorite Pokemon! Nostalgic and catchy, this update to the classy 8-Bit Gameboy song really fits the fast pace of the bike.

Sonic the Hedgehog is a beloved and also infamous franchise about a bright blue hedgehog who just loves going fisht  fast! This is the song that started it all. It's almost as recognizable as the Super Mario Bros theme!

I love the game Dr. Mario and its catchy music. I play it on my 3DS all the time and I love playing as Dr. Mario in Smash Bros! Why would this not be one of my favorite video game tracks? Of course it is! Melee had an amazing soundtrack.

Welp, I hope you liked this list! I put a lot of thought into it. I'd like to thank Gilvasunner and BrawlBRSTMs3 for their high quality video game rips! I wouldn't be able to make this list without them.

Super Smash Bros: How would Togetic work?

My favorite Pokemon is Togetic, and I think it'd be awesome to play as him in the new Smash Bros Games. While it's incredibly unlikely for him to actually be playable, I wondered how he would play and what his move set would be. I came up with some ideas.

Down Special: Roost
Togetic can use Roost one time for every match. It cuts the damage count by half.

Up Special/Recovery Move: Steel Wing
Togetic can use Steel Wing to boost upwards or attack foes. Togetic can normally fly, similar to how Pit can.

Side Special: Psyshock
This attack can be charged, like Lucario's aura attack. When it is fully charged, it stuns foes and doesn't do damage. It does damage if it isn't charged fully.

Neutral Special: Swift
Togetic attacks with stars that shoot out very quickly. It doesn't do a lot of damage, but is a very fast and spammy attack.

Smash Attacks:
Togetic attacks with Brickbreak, Zen Headbutt, Body Slam, and Focus Punch.

Final Smash: Dazzling Gleam
Togetic attacks with an amazing beam that is practically unavoidable. It is almost the same final smash that Samus has, but it has less range and is smaller.

Super Smash Bros Returning Characters Predictions!

This is my second post today! YAY! Normally I don't post two times in a day, but with being behind on many things I need to do, I am today.

Today I'll be discussing the new Super Smash Bros games coming out for the Nintendo 3DS and Wii U! I'm really excited for this game, and you should be too.
Mwahahaha

Everyone is talking about the character roster. Which characters will return? Who will the newcomers be? How much total characters will there be? How much newcomers will there be? There are lots of irritating questions about it.

What I'm most curious about is which playable characters will return. These are all the characters that have not yet been confirmed to return in the new games:

Ness, Jigglypuff, and Captain Falcon are definitely returning. They are "veterans" and have been around for the whole Smash Bros series. They have to return.

I think that Wolf, ROB and Snake are not going to return. Wolf is not a very good character overall, and I don't really think Star Fox should have three characters representing the series. There is not much Star Fox games and there hasn't been any new ones recently. ROB might not return because he's more of an accessory/toy than a game character and he is not a very popular character. Snake is very likely to not return. Supposedly he was only put in Brawl as a favor to someone who works on the Metal Gear Solid games, and Snake is also third party. He doesn't even belong in the Super Smash Bros games. Lucas might not return as he is not much different than Ness. Falco is very likely to return as a playable character because he is very popular among players.

That's all the Smash Bros I'll be covering for now! Buh-bye.

Smash Bros News! :D

You might have heard..two new Smash Bros games are coming out this year, with the 3DS version coming out this summer and the Wii U version coming out this December. Both games feature the same roster of characters, but different stages for each version. I'm really looking forward to playing these games! :D

Today, some important details were revealed about the games in a Nintendo Direct. Charizard returns as a playable character, but his trainer seems to be absent this time arounf. It is unknown if Squirtle or Ivysaur will return. Most likely not. Charizard can even Mega-evolve, as so can Lucario. It's very likely that these will be their final smashes--it's not yet confirmed.

I'm just as shocked as you are. I was thinking that Tom Nook might be a playable character, but I was wrong. Tom Nook is simply part of the Villager's final smash. :(

If you want to know more, check out the official website or watch the Nintendo Direct!
